    Description

    Bridgeway Care at Home, a premiere senior care provider, is now hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house team!

    We are looking for an SLP to join our in-house & Home Therapy team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
    • Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
    • Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., teachers, physicians, occupational therapists) to support holistic care
    • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
    • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
    • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
    • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations (depending on setting)
    • Familiarity with AAC devices and evidence-based therapy approaches is a plus
