    JOB DESCRIPTION ::

    · 10+ Years of IT experience . Preferably some working exp. n healthcare industry

    · 5+ years of agile project management experience

    · Have experience with handling multiple scrum teams spread across different geographies

    · Rich Experience in tools usage like Jira, Rally and Specifically experience of using Azure boards is preferable

    · Manage various stakeholders while leading the deliverables of scrum team

    · Good to have technical background

    · Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

    · Coach team members in Agile frameworks

    · Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

    · Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

    · Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

    · Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

    · Help teams implement changes effectively

    · Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

    · Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

    Position 02

    Mainframe Job Description

    The Mainframe Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The Mainframe Developer work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

    The Mainframe Developer standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes. Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    7-10 years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development
    Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

    Preferred Qualifications
    Master's Degree
