Small Assembly Tech

• Assembly Work: Independently and collaboratively assembly parts and sub-assemblies according to print specifications and standard work instructions.

• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to and actively promote all Meyn safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain excellent attendance and consistently arrive to work on time.

• Quality Assurance: Perform required inspections and quality checks to ensure all products meets specification standards.

• 5S- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work environment in accordance with Meyn's 5S principles.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Experience: 1-2 Years of Assembly experience

Functional skills:

• Blueprint & Instruction Literacy: Ability to read and comprehend technical prints and standard work instructions.

• Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.

• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, or accessing digital work instructions.

• Tool Handling: Proficient in using hand tools including hammers, wrenches, grinders, and pneumatic (air) tools.

• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods (8-10 hours per day).

• Forklift Operation: Forklift experience is a plus and may be required for certain roles.
