Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Lead communication between owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
- Monitor project financials and forecast project performance.
- Partner with field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are met.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception through completion.
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, industrial, office, or institutional construction projects.
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and project controls.
- Collaborative leadership style with a team-first mentality.
- Stable career history and proven project success.
