Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Small Parts Assemblers in Ashland for detailed, hands-on assembly work in a small, clean and climate-controlled facility.

You'll follow diagrams and instructions to assemble small electrical components and parts while learning different areas of the operation.

And when 4:00 PM rolls around? You're done for the day.
No staying late. No mandatory overtime. No surprise Saturdays.

What You'll Do

• Assemble small electrical components and parts
• Follow diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
• Work with small pieces that require good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Complete detailed assembly work accurately
• Visually check your work for proper assembly
• Learn multiple tasks throughout the manufacturing process
• Rotate between job duties as needed
• Follow established quality and safety procedures
• Keep your workstation clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working with small parts and detailed assembly
• Ability to follow diagrams and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn different jobs and responsibilities
• Ability to distinguish colors used during the assembly process

Previous electrical or manufacturing experience is not required.
