Job Summary:

Smartsheet Developer, Pharma IT is responsible for the development of Smartsheet solutions for Slipstream-IT clients. The role is responsible for analyzing the business process, leading technical discussions, facilitating solution definition, and successfully building solutions.

This role will partner with Project Managers, other developers, and client contacts to deliver high quality business cases, business process designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established Slipstream quality and business solution needs.

Must have the ability to work on multiple projects and manage work independently to meet the needs of this fast paced environment.

Qualifications:

• The Smartsheet Developer must have 3-5+ years of experience
• As the ideal candidate, you will have experience with Smartsheet, as well as strong programming and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of experience with Smartsheet
• 1+ years of experience with Smartsheet functional areas like control center, workspaces, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc
• 1+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Platform Administrator, Specialist and/or developer
• Ability to design blueprints through Control Center in an optimal and effective way that minimizes manual touchpoints in the system
• Extensive understanding of metric creation through Smartsheet through the utilization of Dashboards and advanced formula creation
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You must be able to support meetings from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of experience
• Note: Must be able to work on a C2C or 1099 basis. This is contracted hourly engagement with the possibility of being FT W2 in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Stage Gate Process and Life Science/ Pharma industry is a plus.
• Smartsheet Product Certified User
• Certifications in other Smartsheet or related project management tools (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus
• Previous background in life sciences a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Smartsheet solutions
• Develop and implement Smartsheet solutions to meet the needs of the client\
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Develop and implement Smartsheet solutions to meet the needs of the client.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Test and debug Smartsheet solutions
• Provide training and support to users of Smartsheet solutions
• Stay up to date on the latest Smartsheet features and functionality
• Work with other IT team members to integrate Smartsheet solutions with other systems
• Develop Smartsheet reporting and workbook for project teams

Work Location: Place of employment is expected to be 100% remote. For all remote meetings, all employees are required to be on-camera with appropriate business casual attire and background.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. The ability to move about to accomplish tasks. Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions. Communicating verbally and written word with others to exchange information. Exposure to a standard office environment with average room temperatures with no adverse environmental conditions expected. Ability to travel within the continental USA via plane or car required.
