Assembler III / Machine Operator
Location: Batavia, OH
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6 am - 3:15 pm, Friday 6 am - 12 pm
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Assembler III / Machine Operator performs hand assembly work on post-surface mount circuit boards by following detailed written work instructions. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities & Principal Duties

• Perform hand assembly of thru-hole components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).

• Identify and read component values, polarity, and orientation.

• Read and interpret assembly drawings to verify part numbers and placement.

• Understand and apply IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.

• Operate basic production equipment and specialized machinery as directed by management.

• Assist in training new assemblers as needed.

• Maintain quality standards and follow established quality processes.
