• Maintaining operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines.
• Ensuring all kits sent to the production floor have correct part numbers, quantities, and orientation.
• Checking kit pick lists and verifying material conditions.
• Handling set-up, operation, and maintenance of screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Splicing reels and ensuring supplies are ready for assembly.
• Assisting with maintaining ISO 9001 documentation relevant to the area.
• Maintaining cleanliness of your work area and supporting a safe workspace.
• Supporting other responsibilities as directed to meet business needs.

• Possess strong organizational skills and can communicate effectively with team members.
• Are a team player, comfortable working with employees at all levels in a diverse environment.
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Shop Floor Systems.
• Have experience with ISO 9001 standards (preferred).
• Are willing and able to work flexible hours as necessary.
• Meet the requirements of a US Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, or temporary residents granted amnesty due to ITAR controlled technical data).
