We are hiring for a SNOW Administrator opportunity.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SNOW Administrator to administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, CMDB, integrations, user roles, and reporting, along with experience supporting ITIL-based operations, platform security, incident resolution, upgrades, and compliance with federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components.
• Develop and manage workflows, service catalogs, and CMDB configurations.
• Configure and support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Manage platform roles, access permissions, and reporting capabilities.
• Support ITIL-based service management processes and daily platform operations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, maintenance, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain platform security and ensure compliance with applicable federal requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to support reliable and effective ServiceNow operations.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
