Job Description

Job Duties: Follows instructions of dispatch and site leader. Thoroughly understands and complies with company policy and safety standards. Properly and safely operates all equipment. Reports to work on time and 100% prepared and shows up for ALL SNOW EVENTS. Able to perform all daily preventative maintenance on all snow equipment. Ensures company production and quality standards are met. Ability to be on-call for all snow and ice events, at all hours of the day, 7 days a week. Measurables: Safety Training Quality Efficiency Compensation: $35-43 per hour, depending on experience
