The Hatch Group is a family-owned and operated company providing construction, facility maintenance, snow and ice management, and material production services. Our winter operations help keep customer properties safe, accessible, and operational throughout the snow season. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers who take pride in their work and follow through on their commitments.

Each driver receives a designated route from their Territory Manager and is responsible for traveling safely between sites, following service instructions, and completing assigned work thoroughly and efficiently.
This position requires safe winter driving skills, careful plow operation, consistent communication, and dependable attendance.
This is an on-call position throughout the winter season. Availability is required for all incoming snowstorms, including nights, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Avoid distracted driving. Safely park before using a phone or entering service information.
Communication & Documentation
Monitor storm communications and promptly acknowledge assignments and reporting instructions.
Notify the Territory Manager when beginning the route, experiencing delays, encountering unsafe conditions, or completing assigned service.
