High-Profile Creative & Brand Organization - San Francisco, CA
Our client, a high-profile creative and brand organization, is seeking a Manager, Social Strategy. The Social Content Coordinator supports the Manager, Social Strategy by executing day-to-day scheduling, publishing, community management, and campaign logistics across brand social channels. This role tracks trends, collects performance data, organizes assets, writes captions, and supports newsletter production and influencer event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Includes but is not limited to:
Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Support community management, including monitoring and responding to comments and DMs in line with brand voice
Track social and platform trends, flagging relevant opportunities to the Manager, Social Strategy
Collect and organize social performance data to support reporting and strategy
Write and edit captions aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
Support newsletter production, including drafting content and coordinating send schedules
Support campaign execution: deliverables tracking, and production and distribution of campaign materials (e.g., PR boxes, promotional assets)
Support influencer events, brand activations, and gifting campaigns, including logistics and stakeholder coordination
Perform content edits and asset organization
Maintain project management systems (e.g., Asana, SharePoint, Air) to keep workflows and timelines on track
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content coordination
Strong writing skills and understanding of brand voice
Familiarity with social scheduling tools and platform best practices
Experience supporting campaign execution or event/activation logistics a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight turnarounds
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar lightweight editing tools
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana or similar)
Experience working with athletes, talent, or high-profile individuals a plus
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced team
Willingness to travel and work on-site for events
This position pays between $70,000-$80,000 depending upon experience.
