The Role Have you ever wanted to be the face of a brand? Then this is your chance. Your day-to-day objectives will be to develop, create, and produce our content strategy on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms while being on camera and being the face of our brand to the world. You will play a key role in expanding Step's brand through our channels, researching trends, creators, innovating, and will be on camera. You will own the production of trending, relevant video content across our content ecosystem. Each week is different and will push you to flex your creative, analytical, and operational skills. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your talents, create content, be on camera, and grow our social channels. The Social Media Content Lead possesses both right and left-brain skills. You have the aptitude to develop creative content from start to finish with strong communication skills and the ability to understand trends and apply them to our content. You will be closest to all our content on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, and ensure we continue to improve and leverage it to the fullest.
