The Opportunity:
TRUECar's mission is to save car buyers time and money, and the most convincing proof comes from real people. That means content creators car shoppers already trust, and buyers who used TRUECar and drove away with real savings. As Social & Creator Content Manager, you will own that proof from first outreach to final post. You will run our creator and influencer program, build a steady pipeline of customer testimonial videos, and get every piece in front of shoppers on all TRUECar social channels through our social content platform. You will report to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing, and be the single owner of what TRUECar says and shows on social. Your job is to make social a channel that earns trust and brings shoppers to TRUECar.
How you’ll drive TRUECar’s success:
Creator and influencer program
- Run the creator program end to end: find, vet, brief, contract, pay and report on creators across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
- Build a roster that reaches new-car buyers, including women and diverse voices.
- Negotiate fees, usage rights and whitelisting within budget, and manage agency partners.
- Work only with real people, never AI-generated influencers.
Customer testimonial video program
- Build an always-on pipeline of real TRUECar buyers telling their story on video.
- Recruit buyers through post-purchase emails and surveys, then screen and schedule them.
- Run remote, self-recorded video capture, plus occasional in-person shoots.
Publishing on every TRUECar social channel
- Own TRUECar's organic presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and LinkedIn, with a calendar tied to launches and campaigns.
- Publish everything through our social content platform, with Brand, Creative, PR and agencies working in one system.
- Turn creator, testimonial, campaign and PR content into native posts with on-brand captions.
- Monitor comments and DMs, route service issues to Customer Support, and flag brand risk the same day.
- Partner with the media team to boost the best organic and creator posts.

- Strong program manager: you set goals, budget and timeline, and report out without being asked.
- You know how to scale an influencer program with repeatable processes and playbooks.
- You influence without authority and get decisions made across Creative, Legal, PR, Product and Customer Support.
- Clear communicator who keeps leadership and partner teams informed and flags risks early.
- Sound judgment: you protect real stories and never post a number you can't back up.
