The daily duties of an activity assistant will include planning and leading recreational activities for residents, providing individual support, and ensuring residents are safe and comfortable. Summary The DSP-Social Guide facilitates community-based activities for small groups of adults with developmental disabilities, emphasizing community inclusion. Helps people receiving services identify and participate in activities that promote increased independence, social skill development, and community inclusion. This position will work as a Social Guide as well with the other community programs: Supported Employment, HLADD, and SOAR—essential Functions:
