Pay Range: $32 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day community moderation of multiple community forums and groups
- Drive the customer success community strategy to deliver a consistent customer-facing tone & voice
- Champion the voice of the customer both internally and externally
- Advocate, build, and nurture community programs to drive community health through engagement and delivering customer value
- Identify emerging issues and themes to drive a rapid, coordinated response across product management, marketing, and customer success
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, using strong communication skills to set expectations appropriately
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 3+ years of social media community management experience in B2B, including metrics reporting, social listening, and social copywriting
- Experience and understanding of online communication: forums, group chats, and social media
- Deep customer empathy and a passion for continuously engaging with customers across social and community channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to engage professionally, respectfully, and clearly with others
- Experience with Khoros Community and Care social and community management tools
- Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results
- Ability to tell a compelling story that is backed by data and experience
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
