Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. This is a full-time, on-site position in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Manage all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner

- Analyze and report on social media metrics and make recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media marketing

- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets

- Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential brand advocates

- Assist with website updates and content creation as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content

- Experience with social media analytics and reporting

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus

- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry is a plus
