SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

LOCATION | Plano, TX (remote options)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $23/hour

• Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension

• Schedule: Standard business hours

• Travel: May be required based on business needs

ROLE IMPACT

Support a fast-paced social media operation by coordinating content production, legal and brand compliance, and campaign execution. Partner with the Senior Social Media Strategist to ensure organic and paid social media initiatives are organized, approved, and delivered on schedule. Help maintain efficient workflows across creative, legal, agency, and marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate social media content shoots, creator and influencer activations, production schedules, talent contracts, and event logistics.

• Manage legal and compliance approval workflows for social media creative, captions, influencer content, and branded assets before publication.

• Organize and track creative assets, including agency deliverables, content usage rights, licensing agreements, and talent expiration dates

• Maintain organic social media editorial calendars, coordinate content scheduling, and support paid media asset handoffs and campaign timelines.

• Collaborate with creative, legal, product, agency, and social media teams to track deliverables, resolve workflow issues, and meet deadlines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate or agency social media operations, project coordination, advertising production, or campaign management.

• Strong project management and cross functional communication skills, with experience managing legal and brand compliance approvals,

content licensing or talent rights, and social media management platforms such as Sprinklr or equivalent.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Sprinklr or comparable social media management platforms

• Social media content scheduling and editorial calendar systems

• Creative asset management and approval workflow systems

• Project management and production tracking tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Automotive industry or automotive marketing experience.

• Creative production, agency coordination, and workflow optimization experience.

• Experience with Brandwatch or Hootsuite.
