SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $23/hour

ROLE IMPACT
Support a fast-moving social media operation by coordinating content production, compliance reviews, and campaign execution. This role partners with the Senior Social Media Strategist to keep organic and paid social initiatives organized, accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate logistics for social content shoots and experiential activations, including production timelines, crew schedules, talent/creator contracts, and on-site needs.
• Manage end-to-end legal and compliance routing for social creative, captions, and influencer assets, securing required approvals before publication.
• Organize raw and finalized creative assets from agencies and creators while tracking usage rights and talent expiration dates.
• Maintain the organic editorial calendar and coordinate scheduling, paid media asset handoffs, and agency production timelines.
• Communicate across creative, legal, product, agency, and social media teams to keep deliverables moving on schedule.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
• 2–4 years of experience in agency or corporate social media coordination, project management, or advertising production.
• Experience managing projects within strict corporate legal guidelines, asset compliance requirements, or music/talent rights management.
