Overview:**This position is Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote, with flexibility to vary.**

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Social Services Caseworker supports the delivery of therapeutic day treatment services for preschool-aged children with emotional and behavioral challenges. Under the supervision of clinical and program leadership, this role assists in implementing individualized behavior plans, facilitating therapeutic activities, and ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The position emphasizes direct care, milieu-based interventions, collaboration with families and multidisciplinary staff, and timely documentation to promote children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.
