Salary: $24.30 - $33.87 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Conducts initial intake procedures. Assesses needs and eligibility of potential clients.
• Participates in the initial assessment process, service plan of care development, and ongoing monitoring of each client''s care.
• Obtains extensive social history from client and/or family member upon admission to program.
• Resolves client problems by clarifying the issue, determining the cause; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):

• None Required.

• Preferred Credential(s):

• Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s degree/Bachelor''s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

• Bachelor''s degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Experience in case management and inpatient behavioral health highly preferred
