Social Worker $52/hr

Position: Behavioral Health Social Worker

Shift: 08:00 - 4:30 (3 days and workdays are flexible)

Per Week: 24 Hours. Might have some weekends, but not necessarily.

Work Location: Germantown, Maryland 20876 .

Travel Package:

• The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate: $52.41/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $29.33/hr, along with a per diem of $23.08/hr

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Required Traveller Social WorkerWork Authorization

• Green Card
• US Citizen

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Master of Social Work
• 3 years previous behavioral health experience and discharge planning experience for Behavioral Health patients is a requirement.​
