NEW Hospital Social Worker
13-week contract, Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm; No weekends, no holidays
Required: - Active Maryland license - LMSW
- A minimum of two (2) years of clinical social work experience in an Emergency Department environment with demonstrated experience serving adults and pediatric populations.
- EPIC experience preferred
- Unit: Emergency Department with adults and peds population
Duties: Provide social work services including psychosocial assessment, support, and discharge planning. Conduct interviews to gather relevant client information. Provide counseling to patients and families. Provide information and referrals to appropriate community services.
