--- Project Description ---
Provide expert-level PeopleSoft Application Architect and Development
support for current PeopleSoft Applications and assist with the design
and implement solutions for the HCM Application PUM Upgrade
Project.
--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Develop complex PeopleSoft programs and provide technical
guidance to one or more developers and cross functional team
members.
2. Perform research and provide technical direction to meet
business needs with a focus on the Human Capital Management
module as well as PeopleSoft Interaction Hub (Portal).
3. Analyze and assess the need for customizations versus
workaround with delivered functionality.
4. Participate in Process Improvement work groups with
customer agencies as needed
5. Analyze, research, and document Business rules for legacy
application functions.
6. Program in Oracle Structured Query language (SQL) to
resolve data issues and diagnose problems.
7. Provide and implement recommendations for Security at the
Interaction Hub level and user access level
8. Produce documentation such as technical and functional
documentation, job aids as well as detailed options documentation
based on the requirements gathered from the customer.
9. Engage in migrations utilizing Phire and Application Designer
10. Administer and configure Phire
11. Provide support for environment upgrade activities.
12. Work in coordination with customers to resolve user-based
issues.
13. Assist with end user training efforts as needed.
--- Required Qualifications ---
• 84 months of programming experience configuring and customizing Smart HR
Templates and Application Packages.
• 84 months of experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
• 84 months of experience with Phire administration and migration tasks.
• 84 months of experience developing customizations, interfaces, and
programs in a PeopleSoft environment developing with PeopleTools.
• 84 months of experience using Workflow configuration with Approval
Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 84 months of experience with administering PeopleSoft Interaction Hub 9.1
and Unified Navigation
• 84 months of experience with PeopleSoft Security Administration
• 48 months of experience with PeopleTools Upgrade and HCM Application
PUM Upgrade
• 84 months of experience using SQL against an Oracle relational database to
support PeopleSoft related tasks working in a UNIX environment.
• 84 months of programming experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital
Management (HCM) version 9.2
