We are looking for a Software Build & Release Manager experienced in software configuration and release management, CI/CD, build automation, and change control.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software build, release management, DevOps, or configuration management.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, version control, and source code management.
Experience with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, or Ant.
Knowledge of software release planning, deployment coordination, rollback strategies, and versioning.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, artifact repositories, and dependency management.
Ability to troubleshoot build failures, integration issues, and deployment problems.
Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
