Experience with Adobe AEM-especially in designing and developing digital forms based on process maps-is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java and modern frameworks, including microservices.
  • Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, or others depending on project needs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Adobe AEM (A Must)

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design, configure, and develop AEM Forms and components.
  • Translate business process maps into intuitive, digitized forms and workflow-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Product Collaboration & Requirements Gathering

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to understand business needs.
  • Participate in requirements elicitation, story grooming, and solution design discussions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Perform end-to-end testing to validate functionality, performance, and system integrity.
  • Support debugging, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist in creating automated tests where appropriate.

Teamwork & Delivery

  • Actively contribute to agile ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UX, and business partners.
  • Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
  • Strong understanding of AWS Cloud architecture and native services.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices design, and cloud integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing Adobe AEM components or AEM Forms.
  • Previous experience digitizing processes by interpreting workflow or process maps.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, or similar DevOps tools).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
