Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Software Developer to support our contract at CPE ST3 in Orlando, FL.Position Overview:Dexian Government Solutions is seeking an experienced, mid- to advanced-level Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to design, deliver, administer, and support mission-focused business solutions. The primary focus is Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online administration, with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrations as needed.The ideal candidate can independently own moderately complex to complex solutions from requirements through deployment and sustainment; administer SharePoint sites and access; diagnose cross-platform issues; and apply sound engineering judgment, security practices, governance, and documentation standards. This is a hands-on individual contributor role that works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.Job Duties:Design, develop, enhance, and sustain Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven), including data connections, reusable components, and responsive user experiences.Architect, develop, and troubleshoot Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, notifications, integrations, and error-handling processes.Design and maintain Power BI reports, semantic models, dashboards, and data refresh processes to support business decisions.Perform SharePoint Online administration, including site and site collection configuration, permissions and access management, lists, libraries, metadata, views, content organization, and lifecycle support.Implement and support SharePoint-based business solutions integrated with Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, data models, and role-based security when required by the solution.Lead technical discovery, translate requirements into maintainable designs, provide effort estimates, and advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, constraints, and tradeoffs.Own troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, production support, and continuous improvement for existing solutions.Manage solution environments, connection references, deployment packages, version control, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices consistent with organizational standards.Apply security, governance, least-privilege access, data protection, and change-management controls in a government or regulated environment.Create technical documentation, test plans, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials; collaborate with users and other IT teams throughout delivery and sustainment.Required Qualifications:IAT II Certification, example Security+ certification, is Required to Start.A DOD Secret Clearance is Required to Start.Four or more years of relevant hands-on experience developing and supporting enterprise solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and/or SharePoint, including substantial recent experience with both.Demonstrated proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production solutions.Hands-on SharePoint Online administration experience, including site management, permissions, lists/libraries, information architecture, and operational support.Experience with Dataverse and/or SharePoint data sources, including data modeling, access controls, and integration approaches.Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform environment management, solution packaging, deployment, and application lifecycle practices.Ability to independently design and deliver moderately complex to complex solutions, resolve technical issues, and balance multiple priorities.Strong technical communication, documentation, collaboration, and requirements-analysis skills with business and IT stakeholders.Company DescriptionDexian Government Solutions is an award-winning, ISO 9001:2015 certified, business and GSA contract holder providing diversified Information Technology services to both Civilian and Defense agencies.
