As a Software Developer at Redwire, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our clients. We seek individuals with a strong background in software development, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and develop software applications according to specifications.
• Write clean and efficient code that meets coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, C++, Python, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development (WPF, Windows Forms).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Jira).
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
