Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Translate business requirements into business rules, Blaze Rule Templates, business object models, rule flows, decision tables, and other rule-engine components to support automated underwriting solutions.
2. Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of FICO Blaze Advisor applications, including rule administration, server management, production support, and Java web service or EJB integrations.
3. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including project planning, staff assignment coordination, progress monitoring, technical documentation, solution recommendations, and customer delivery coordination.
4. Mentor and train junior developers and support personnel, troubleshoot application issues, enforce software quality processes, and evaluate rule-engine migration and scaling approaches.
