What You Will Do

• Design and implement full-stack solutions using Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript to enhance platform capabilities.
• Develop and optimize APIs with GraphQL to ensure seamless data flow and integration across services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Utilize PostgreSQL for efficient data management and storage, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, optimizing for cost and performance.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to best practices to maintain high-quality standards in software development.
• Participate in the machine learning lifecycle, integrating AI-driven features into the platform.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React, with strong knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and GraphQL for database management and API development.
• Familiarity with AWS services for application deployment and infrastructure management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in software development.

Compensation and Benefits
