Position Overview:

Junior Software Engineer / 3D Game Developer that follows standard software engineering processes. The candidate will utilize established requirements to design, test and/or develop software components, subsystems, and system enhancements under the supervision of senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Follow designs and requirements to develop software applications.
• Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the software development process.
• Develop software designs under the guidance of senior team members while following established design standards and best practices.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as software developer.
• Experience performing maintenance and modification existing software.
• Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm to learn new skills and technologies as needed

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience supporting military, government, or technical training programs.
• Ability to design and develop applications from established specifications using the appropriate tools.
• Ability to create and update software related project documentation.
• Experience writing C# applications.
• Experience using software debugger tools
• Experience with text-based structured data such as JSON and XML.
• Experience with Web-based Applications.
• Experience with Modeling and Simulation.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Special Requirements/Security Clearance:

• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
