The Programmer/Analyst works closely with the ERP Operations Lead, Data Integrations Specialist, Database and Data Warehouse Administrator, functional departments, application owners, vendors, and consultants to translate business requirements into reliable reports, dashboards, workflow applications, notifications, approvals, and data-driven automations. Reporting to the Manager, Applications and Integrations, this position serves as a primary technical resource for report development in the Ellucian Insights reporting environment for Banner and for workflow automation programming using Ellucian Banner Workflow, Microsoft Power Automate, and related Microsoft 365 workflow technologies.
