Job Description

There are multiple openings for each level, Software Engineer II (5 years of experience) and Software Engineer III (8+ years of experience)

Job Title: Software Engineer II/III

Hours: 8am - 5pmEST

Length of Contract: 12 Months

Location: Wilmington, Delaware - hybrid, 4 days a week in office

Interview Process: 3 rounds

1st round - virtual, initial screening

2nd round - virtual, technical interview

3rd round - virtual, technical interview

Visa: Open

Software Engineer II / III (.NET/C#)

Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions using modern .NET, C#, Angular/React, SQL Server, and Azure services.

Build scalable, secure, and resilient solutions leveraging Azure App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Azure SQL, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software engineering, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI, prompt engineering, AI-enabled testing, code generation, debugging, and developer productivity workflows.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and production-ready implementations.

Implement automated testing, observability, security controls, and operational best practices across the SDLC.

Participate in code reviews, root cause analysis, production support, modernization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required

5+ years (SE2) or 8+ years (SE3) of software engineering experience with strong Azure cloud implementation experience.

Active Microsoft Azure certification above Fundamentals level (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent).

AI-enabled application development.
