Responsibilities
•    Design, develop and maintain AI-powered software tools, services, and applications.

Education and Experience
•    Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university with 0 years’ of relevant experience

Step 1
Written test
•    Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
•    Functional section – this is a take-home programming test

Step 2
Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
