We are currently looking for a Backend Software Developer Level 1 with the following qualifications and technical experience:
Required Experience:
Experience supporting development and execution of software component test procedures
Experience generating technical documentation
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
Technical Skills:
Git
Java, C++, or Python
Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
SQL
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years of Software Engineering experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity OR
4 additional years of relevant Software Engineering experience may be substituted for a degree (considered on a case-by-case basis)
Work Schedule:
Up to 16 hours per week
