Job Details: Job Title Software Engineer (.NET/C#) Location Redmond, WA (Onsite - Local Candidate Only) Duration Long Term Contract Interview : 1 onsite interview only Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, and Azure services, along with a solid grasp of software engineering principles and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C# and .NET frameworks (.NET Core/.NET 6+)
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps
- Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with Azure API Management (APIM)
- Implement and optimize SQL Server databases and Azure SQL solutions
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding practices
- String experience in implementing security using SFI standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring reliability and performance of deployed applications
Required Skills- 5+ years of experience in software development using C# and .NET technologies
- Strong proficiency in Azure services: App Services, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, APIM
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of SFI and SDLC principles
- Familiarity with Agile development practices (Scrum or Kanban)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization flows (OAuth2, Azure AD)
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform)
- Understanding of application monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
