What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript to support a dynamic marketplace environment.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the backend systems to enhance user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 0-2 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable backend systems.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies.

Preferred

• Experience with additional backend technologies or frameworks.
• Knowledge of the marketplace or creator economy industry.
• Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $130K to $200K, complemented by equity between 0.1% and 0.25%. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative company in the creator economy, with the potential for significant professional growth.
