To help us along this journey, Enterprise Operations is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Software Engineer. We re looking for somebody with passion and enthusiasm, as well as awareness for diversity, to enable IT development and business transformation.

Software Engineers listen to customers perspectives and work with Architects and Analysts to make requirements become a reality. As a member of the Program Performance Management Community of Excellence, the successful candidate will be responsible for engagement with customers, Project leaders and architects. They will utilize their development skills to build and support applications on premise and in the cloud. A software engineer will work with the product team and prioritize requirements into a plan to meet milestones and minimum viable products (MVP) that meet schedule, cost, and functional constraints. The successful candidate will work with internal customers to help conceptualize means to apply digital technology as a strategic asset.

Software Engineers will work with the business transformation, developer advocacy, and functional leadership teams to identify opportunities to create the desired customer experiences and gather feedback to support iterative, data-driven growth and improvement opportunities, while determining effectiveness of new and current systems.

Required Skills/Tools
4+ years experience with full-lifecycle Agile software development
4+ years experience with SQL, T-SQL preferred
4+ years experience with JavaScript
4+ years experience with VB.NET Framework
4+ years experience with C#/.NET 6+
3+ years experience with Angular
1+ years experience with AI-assisted software development

Desired Skills/Tools
Experience with software patterns such as Singletons, CQRS, and MVC
Experience utilizing Jira
Experience utilizing Gitlab
Experience utilizing Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code
Familiarity with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Containerization with Docker and orchestration basics (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub
Infrastructure fundamentals: scalability, load balancing
