Summary: 

• Performs technical, functional, and system administrative responsibilities in support of implementing and maintaining the Empower system.

• Administers and configures Empower for earned value management system (EVMS) operations.

• Integrates Cobra with Empower for earned value management and reporting.

• Supports user troubleshooting for Empower system issues and functionality.

• Trains users on Empower usage and configuration.

• Applies subject matter expertise in Empower functionality and architecture.

• Understands cost, schedule, and earned value principles for system configuration.

• Performs IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report) reporting.

• Implements earned value management (EVM) processes within the Empower system.

• Maintains and supports Empower system for earned value management operations.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• 5+ years of experience with Empower administration and configuration.

• 5+ years of experience with earned value management systems (EVMS).

• 3+ years of experience with earned value management (EVM) processes.

• 3+ years of experience with IPMDAR reporting.

• Subject matter expertise in Empower functionality and architecture.

• Experience integrating Cobra with Empower.

• Experience training users on Empower usage.

• Experience supporting user troubleshooting for Empower.

• Understanding of cost, schedule, and earned value principles.
