Purpose of Position

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, maintain, and support software applications, services, and systems, ensuring they deliver business value and are fully prepared for operational use.
- Ensure application resiliency, stability, security, and data protection by implementing robust engineering practices, proactive monitoring, and adherence to organizational and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership for engineering teams and contribute to the definition, design, development, integration, test and documentation of the product and its features in alignment with established technology and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with the people on your team, in your functional area, and with your business stakeholders to ensure business value is achieved.
- Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, delivering results with integrity, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed‑upon goals.
- Operate within an agile team to deliver outcomes iteratively while fostering empiricism, learning, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

.Required:
- Bachelors degree in, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a equivalent engineering field.
- Previous work experience as Software engineer of 4-6 years' experience is requires. Must have demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no supervision and guidance
- Proficiency in programming languages: JavaScript, Java, Groovy.
- Experience with frameworks and tools: React, Grails, Spring Boot, Node.js.
- Expertise in REST & Graph QL API design and development. Strong knowledge of container-based application development and cloud-native practices.
- Experience with AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, AppSync, DynamoDB, ECS, and EKS. CI/CD pipeline experience (Jenkins preferred).
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational database development and modeling.
- Familiarity with Figma design systems for UI development.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Proficiency in React Native.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Camel-K, Informatica, and React Native.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8S), Terraform, Helm, and AWS CDK.
