    Description

    Clearance:   Active Secret clearance or higher

    Position Summary

    This onsite Tucson role supports the design, development, and integration of software for factory test systems supporting weapon system products. The engineer will work across the software lifecycle in engineering and production environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and integrate object-oriented software applications in C# and C++
    • Develop applications, libraries, and instrument drivers for factory test systems
    • Troubleshoot software, instrumentation, interface, and system-level issues
    • Support software integration, validation, deployment, and sustainment activities
    • Collaborate with systems, electrical, mechanical, test, and manufacturing teams
    • Define and refine software requirements for test system products

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience developing software in C# and/or C++
    • Experience with object-oriented application development
    • Experience supporting software design, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
    • Ability to work across multiple technical priorities and delivery timelines
    • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Factory test systems, automated test equipment, production test, or manufacturing test experience
    • Experience developing instrument drivers, software libraries, or test applications
    • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, electronics, or complex hardware products
    • Experience with software requirements, verification, validation, or controlled releases
    • Experience supporting production deployment or sustainment activities

    • Resolves software and test system issues quickly
    • Delivers reliable test capabilities that support production and sustainment operations
