Job Description

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Integration Engineer III to join our team!

This Software Integration Engineer will design, develop, and maintain tools and services supporting the Atlassian suite of products — including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo — collectively known as SUBURBANDEVELOPMENT. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers, to deliver seamless integrations that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment OR
Five (5) years of full-time, directly related Computer Science work may be substituted for a degree, plus at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience OR
An industry-recognized professional certification, as defined in the TTOs, may substitute for one (1) year of experience; a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years of experience.

Required Skills + Experience:

Experience using the Linux CLI
Experience writing scripts to automate tasks using Bash/Python/Groovy
Experience configuring and customizing the Atlassian suite of products to meet the specific needs of users and organizations
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Atlassian integration failures, performance bottlenecks, or compatibility issues
Experience testing Atlassian integrations thoroughly to validate functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand Atlassian integration requirements and mission needs

Desired Skills + Experience

Familiar with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Unix environment
Experience with interacting/training external customers
