Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive testing of 5G core functions and features to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and quality.
Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and 5G networks.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in 5G core function and feature testing.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with network protocols and telecommunications standards.
Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools.
Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines.
Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on 5G technologies.
Proven track record of successful testing projects and delivering high quality software products.
