This full-time position is based out of our offices in Sacramento.Retrofit Solar Residential and Commercial ProjectsProcess requests from the Solar Project Coordinators/Project Managers with the following tasks via Sage CRM or email and utilize Sage 300 CRE to process work.Job CreationCreate new jobs for Retro Solar Residential and Commercial projects in Sage 300 CREEnter project budgets into Sage 300CREUpdate the budget as requested or add new cost codes to the budgetCancel jobs in Sage 300CREBillingProcess invoices for jobs at Project Coordinators/Managers requestEnter change orders into Sage 300 CRE and update budgetsFile internal invoices in Invoice Project FoldersReportingRun weekly and monthly reports as requested by your managerQualifications1-3 years of construction related experience – Solar PV ideal but not required1-3 years of construction billing/accounting experience idealGeneral construction knowledge ideal but not requiredProcess management experience requiredDetail oriented, attention and focus on data accuracyExperience working with and managing Matrixed project teamsAbility to work well with others in a collaborative team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredRegular, reliable and predictable attendance requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredExperience in Sage 300CRE preferredStrong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etcMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background checkCompensation and BenefitsCitadel Roofing and Solar offers a competitive compensation package.
