Solar Technician

Job Responsibilities:
Perform on site system troubleshooting and repair of residential and
commercial PV and Energy Storage systemsExecute O&M annual inspections and complete required paperwork
Work with manufacturer technical support in order to troubleshoot
systemsPreform removal and replacements
Additional warehouse support when needed
Experience Requirements:
Understanding of electrical theory and code
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on solar service and troubleshooting experience.
Expert with string inverters, microinverters, and battery storage (e.g., Tesla, Enphase, SunPower, SMA, Solar Edge).
Proven ability to explain complex concepts to both technicians and oce sta.
Strong ability to provide "back-oce" support, translating field realities into actionable advice for the Ops team.
Travel necessary - must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Nice to haves:
NABCEP or Electrical License
E2/Journeyman license
