Why Work Here?
You join a large, stable organization that maintains a close-knit, family-like atmosphere, offering the support and familiarity of a smaller team. Once hired on, you gain access to a strong benefits package that includes paid vision and dental coverage, along with a very comprehensive selection of medical plans to choose from. You receive holiday pay for major holidays when eligibility criteria are met, supporting work-life balance and recognition of important days throughout the year. Paid time off accrues over time, giving you the opportunity to plan rest and personal time, with a clear use-it-or-lose-it structure that encourages you to actually take your time off. The environment values long-term growth, cross-training, and skill development, making it a solid place to build and expand your career in electronics assembly.
Work Environment
You will work on a production line alongside approximately 58 other assemblers in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. The environment is high-volume, with daily output targets often ranging from 100 units to over 200 units per line, so you can expect a steady pace and consistent workflow. The role follows a first-shift schedule, typically from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, supporting a predictable weekday routine. You will frequently use microscopes, hand tools, and computer-based work instructions, working at a workstation designed for electronic assembly. The facility operates like a large organization but maintains a small family feel, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and mutual support. The dress code is casual, while still prioritizing safety: no loose clothing and closed-toe shoes are required to ensure a safe working environment around tools and equipment.
