Solderer Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Solderer Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering, building, and repairing units, assembling module boxes, and troubleshooting hardware. You will work closely with engineers to troubleshoot and repair units.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering tasks with precision.
• Build and repair units and module boxes.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and assist engineers in resolving them.
• Conduct mechanical assembly tasks.
• Support engineers with mechanical assembly and repair tasks.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with software boxes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly and soldering techniques.
• Experience with electronic assembly and general production.
• Ability to perform cup soldering and heat shrinking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cup soldering repair on harness and PCBs.
• Comfortable working in a startup tech environment.
• Flexibility to wear different hats and take on various tasks.

Work Environment

You will be working in a startup environment within a tech defense company. Be prepared to work in a fluid and flexible job setting. Our facility includes a large break room for your convenience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawthorne, CA.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
