Job Description
Looking for 2–3 technically strong Solution Architects to support a major Financial Services client.
Modernization + Cloud Architecture + strong technical design experience.
Collaborative mindset is key — work across teams, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
FSI/Banking experience is a plus, but deep SME expertise is not required.
Job Responsibilities
Act as Solution/Acting Architect for application modernization initiatives.
Assess, design, and implement modern enterprise applications and hybrid architectures.
Create on-premises/AWS architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and technical user stories.
Define N-tier architecture covering authentication, middleware, caching, data stores, integrations, and telemetry.
Guide on-prem Java/WebSphere integrations with Mainframe, DB2, and VSAM.
Define AWS migration and integration patterns, including serverless, event-driven, caching, security, telemetry, and data migration.
Lead cross-functional architecture discussions and resolve design decisions, dependencies, and technical trade-offs.

Qualifications
15+ years of relevant technical experience.
Proven experience modernizing legacy and enterprise applications.
Experience integrating legacy/Mainframe systems with modern platforms.
