Summary:

• Location: Radnor, PA
• Duration: 12 Months
• Work Mode: Hybrid- 3 days in office

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Coveo platform, managing its integration across the company CX ecosystem.
• Design and implement search, recommendations, and personalization strategies.
• Ensure seamless connectivity with platforms like Salesforce and Contentful CMS.
• Define and maintain integration patterns for Coveo with other CX platforms to ensure unified data flow and a consistent user experience.
• Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations within the company composable Experience Layer.
• Oversee Coveo configuration and optimization, including search components, indexing, field mapping, and source management.
• Design and govern the customization of relevance tuning and machine learning models.
• Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis, and develop reports for search and content analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another relevant area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Coveo and search technologies.
• Proven experience in eCommerce search and recommendations, specifically within a B2B environment.
• Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
• Professional certification in front-end framework is highly preferred.
