Solution Manager

Position Summary:

The Solution Manager is a critical member of the Professional Services team, managing engagements with up to 10 small, mid-sized, and large clients concurrently. The Solution Manager combines project leadership with technical acumen, quickly learning new technologies and developing a high-level understanding of SPM and ICM platforms, along with expertise in incentive compensation management processes, data integrations, and solution delivery to guide project teams, advise clients, and drive successful business outcomes. The Solution Manager will spend time, on-site or remotely, with each client and provide guidance and direction to the team (1-20 consultants). Another key responsibility is understanding the commercial aspects of each account while proactively managing OpenSymmetry's financial risk and raising concerns to management.

Success in this role requires the aptitude to quickly learn new technologies and develop a high-level understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) technologies.
