We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Solutions Consultant II / Product Support Manager to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions while supporting internal teams, external users, and business partners throughout the product and partner lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination: Manage project planning, timelines, status reporting, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external users, and business partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliver effective support.
Solution Development: Translate business requirements and commercial needs into practical solutions across the user and partner lifecycle.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate product and operational issues, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in solutions consulting, product support, project management, business operations, or a related field.
Strong project coordination skills, including timeline management, status reporting, issue tracking, and documentation.
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, external users, clients, or business partners.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting digital products, e-commerce platforms, or partner-facing solutions.
Familiarity with product deployment, systems integration, and technical troubleshooting.
Experience developing best practices, tutorials, implementation guides, or knowledge-management resources.
